Requirements:

• 10+ years of program management experience, leading cross-functional and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, high-level projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong preference for experience managing programs spanning Clinical, Business Ops, G&A, Marketing, and Technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• A proven ability to thrive in remote, hyper-growth startup environments with high levels of ambiguity.
• A track record of fostering an Agile culture to deliver iterative and continuous improvements.
• Project Management certifications such as; Agile, PMP, PMBOK, Six Sigma etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale, high-impact programs that span G&A, Marketing, Clinical, Tech, and other teams.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable, detailed plans, balancing risks and organizational priorities.
• Manage and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear task prioritization, accountability, and timely execution.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems, manage interdependencies, and maintain program momentum.
• Leverage tools like Asana and Jira to manage workflows, dependencies, and program documentation.
