Requirements:

• Master’s degree in health administration, MPP, MBA, or MPA with health-related focus and 7+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Methodological expertise in monitoring and compliance activities, including audits.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience managing and contributing to research and evaluation projects.
• Preferred track record in proposal and business development.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Project Director or Task Lead for program monitoring and audit projects.
• Manage project team and budget in collaboration with a Project Manager.
• Provide intellectual leadership for health program implementation and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate on externally funded research projects.
• Lead the design and implementation of rigorous monitoring methods for health policy programs.
• Interpret policy and regulation to develop monitoring measures and audit protocols.
• Write monitoring plans, reports, briefings, and research papers.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and promote diversity in all activities.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue business development.
• Lead and contribute to proposals for clients and funders.
