Requirements:
  • Master’s or equivalent degree with a minimum of 11 years related experience in health services research or a Ph.D. with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership experience of at least 5 years in health or health policy.
  • Knowledge of organ procurement and transplantation policy.
  • Experience with HRSA leadership and OPTN stakeholders.
  • Understanding of health care regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Proven track record in leading diverse teams on large, complex projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage or lead projects or tasks, including associated teams and budgets.
  • Track and meet financial indicators to monitor project performance.
  • Design project work plans and serve as main contact between AIR and the client.
  • Track portfolio against timelines, budgets, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior staff and share problem-solving approaches.
  • Conduct strategic project planning and assist in risk mitigation.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and pursue business development.
