Requirements:

• 7-10 years+ of partnership, brand activation, or community/events experience.
• DTC experience preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally within marketing and sales organizations.
• Deep insight into the UK and other European markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to follow cultural conversations around health and wellness.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, fitness or sports industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, manage outreach, and develop relationships with brands that align with marketing strategy.
• Develop a localized brand partnership and sponsorship strategy with like-minded brands.
• Partner cross-functionally on activation strategies across the marketing funnel.
• Develop a localized community events and sampling strategy.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to localize partnerships.
• Develop KPIs and educate the business about impacts of brand partners.
• Build and lead a team of agency partners for coordinating brand partnership programs.
