Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on achieving a 99% input accuracy rate.
• Previous experience with MLS platforms is a plus but not required.
• Fast and accurate typing skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in listings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic software tools.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work in U.S. Pacific time zones.
• Reliable computer setup with the minimum specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update property listings into the MLS.
• Check and verify the accuracy of existing listings.
• Modify and update existing MLS listings based on new information.
• Learn and master multiple MLS systems.
• Perform quality control audits of MLS data.
• Review reports and requests for new or modified listings.
• Collaborate with the real estate team and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
