Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, life-cycle management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing customer expansion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer leads to the Account Management team to build pipeline and achieve goals across a multi-product software company.
• Improve reporting for pipeline delivery, clearly defining sources and tactics that boost upsell motions.
• Build partnerships with the Account Management leadership team for campaign visibility and support in realizing their quota.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve upsell conversion rates.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive customer growth and product expansion.
