Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A Compact License is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telehealth nurse setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
• Problem-solving skills for complex situations.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and data security.
• Bachelor of Science - Nursing.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical knowledge to assess and address patients' medical needs through telehealth.
• Serve as a resource for resolving complex medical issues and provide guidance.
• Advocate for patient needs, coordinating care plans and follow-ups.
• Analyze patient situations for decision-making and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain documentation of telehealth interactions per guidelines.
• Stay updated with telehealth advancements and participate in training.
• Provide feedback for quality improvement of telehealth services.
• Collaborate with customer service for exceptional patient experiences.
