Requirements:

• Commitment to increasing equity in opportunity and outcomes for children.
• 3-5 years of development experience, preferably with foundations and corporations.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, writing, and proofreading skills.
• Interest in equity-driven fundraising principles and experience with donor management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with foundation and corporate donors.
• Conduct all stages of the grants and sponsorship process, from prospect identification to proposal creation to reporting.
• Manage grants submission process including collecting data, writing proposals, and ensuring grant requests meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute a cohesive organizational strategy.
• Secure sponsorships for special events and contribute to development projects.
