Requirements:

• Reliable internet and personal laptop with video/audio functionality for online sessions.
• In-depth experience as a career coach with a proven track record of supporting professionals at all levels.
• Extensive experience delivering innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks, including various coaching formats.
• Experience in coaching professionals in the digital skills industry and desirable recruitment/outplacement experience.
• Skilled in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build rapport and foster coaching partnerships with clients.
• Flexibility to deliver coaching remotely to clients across the globe.
• Empathic, curious, and motivational approach to ensure remarkable client experiences.
• Recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred), COMENSA, or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment to regular coach supervision and continuous professional development (CPD).
• Desired qualification or experience in administering and coaching on psychometric tools.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximising their career opportunities.
• Provide one-to-one coaching on individual career planning, career development, and job search strategies.
• Conduct group coaching focused on skills development, career, and personal development.
• Facilitate team coaching aimed at developing effective and cohesive teamwork.
• Encourage and motivate learners to progress their career development plans.
• Deliver live coaching sessions across various global time zones.
• Build and maintain networks within industry, recruitment, and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunities.
