• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Desire to improve writing skills through feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Research industry terminology and language from internal stakeholders and external sources.
• Analyze context for clarity and consistency across documentation.
• Draft definitions for the glossary and document the style guide.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align glossary with company standards.
• Use MadCap Flare to organize and implement the glossary.
