Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• A portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex design challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
• Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
• Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
