Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative analytics field with a minimum of 2 years quantitative research experience in health policy or a related field, or a Master's degree in quantitative analytics field, health policy, public policy, or public health
  • 2 years of experience in SQL/Python/Linux
  • Experience processing and analyzing Medicare, Medicaid, or other commercial claims data
  • Knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques
  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks preferred, but not required
  • Must have resided in United States 3 out of last 5 years to obtain Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials
Responsibilities:
  • Query large databases including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer claims data
  • Construct and document analytic data files
  • Create customized and presentation-quality reports from data analysis results
  • Apply quantitative methods and techniques to manage and analyze research data
  • Participate in the design of research studies
  • Manage administrative aspects of projects
  • Support the preparation of technical procedures and reports
  • Review work products to ensure quality and consistency of content
