Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or program management within the defense sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive growth, with experience in federal contracting and compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD operations, missions, and procurement processes, with familiarity with key DoD programs and technology requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive revenue growth within the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key DoD stakeholders, including program managers and senior leadership.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities, leading proposal development and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of technology services and solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with DoD requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor DoD budgets, procurement strategies, and emerging technology trends.
  • Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent Invisible Technologies at industry events and conferences to showcase capabilities and strengthen relationships.
