Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification required).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Conversational level English language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
• Provide guidance on complex technical accounting issues and maintain accounting policies.
• Conduct regular assessments of internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals and support business initiatives.
