• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Fraud or Risk Operations role.
• At least one year of experience guiding a team.
• Highly analytical with the ability to detect fraud trends.
• Strong critical thinking and investigative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the online sports betting or gaming industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of fraud detection tools and performance management techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Fraud Associates dedicated to investigating suspicious activity.
• Utilize internal and third-party tools to detect fraud trends.
• Work with the FraudOps Manager to set performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Mentor the team and provide feedback for individual and team growth.
• Build and enhance fraud detection methods and ensure compliance with regulations.
