Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting or tax industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online.
• Public Accounting experience and CPA certification preferred.
• Tax experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account reconciliations and monitor expenses for budget adherence.
• Assist in external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review tax returns while staying updated on tax laws.
• Build strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement necessary updates.
