Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, key account management, or strategic alliances within the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the fleet management ecosystem and related technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, persistent, and pragmatic.
• Fluent in German and English (min. C1).
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance product offering and revenue.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to inform partnership strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for partnership activities.
• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
