Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling with impactful financial analysis.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial planning, controlling, and analysis in a diverse environment.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau; technology-driven insight skills are a plus.
• Understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is beneficial.
• Experience in project controlling, especially in R&D or Tech environments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, independent, and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Assess monetization of R&D projects and track ROI performance.
• Manage financial processes such as headcount planning and capital expenditure analysis.
• Deliver commentary on financial variances and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Play a role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
