Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in a corporate or technology-related environment.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and data protection regulations.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement legal strategy for customer and vendor contracts.
• Monitor legal changes and advise on compliance.
• Provide legal support to CFO and management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Oversee intellectual property and data protection matters.
• Manage corporate insurance relationships.
• Lead legal training and risk assessment programs.
