• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and a Tech Lead.
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, Spring framework, ReactJS or Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement applications using Java and front-end technologies.
• Build and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in Agile processes and apply testing tools.
