Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of ADP Workforce Now payroll experience.
  • Advanced Excel experience.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll compliance and setup.
  • Experience managing payroll impact on benefits administration and financial statements.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter willing to take on special projects and suggest process improvements.
  • Must be local to Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely processing of semimonthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ADP Canada, including India payroll, in a multi-state/multi-country environment.
  • Preparing PTO accrual reports, general ledger reports, and various other payroll-related reports.
  • Inputting changes into the ADP system.
  • Assisting in the payroll reconciliation of General Ledger to Payroll reports.
  • Ensuring payroll compliance/reconciliation for 401K regulations, Worker’s Comp, State SUI, and withholding taxes.
  • Working with the ADP team and state agencies to reconcile compliance issues.
  • Processing required documents through payroll and 401K providers for accurate record-keeping and deductions.
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance teams.
