Senior Legal Counsel (CMT, RCS, & Sourcing)

Requirements:

• Bar admission in the US.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant in-house legal experience, ideally in telecommunications, technology, SaaS, or cloud communications.
• Experience leading negotiations and drafting contracts, especially with large MNOs/MVNOs and other carriers.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• In-house experience in cross-functional project management.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating risks, especially fraudulent carrier traffic.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with MNOs and other carrier partners, aggregators, and suppliers.
• Provide legal guidance on risk-mitigation and disputes related to fraudulent traffic.
• Work with internal teams to develop practical solutions for managing suppliers and carrier partners.
• Provide legal guidance on developing new products and services.
• Collaborate with product legal for end-to-end support.
• Enhance and standardize contract templates and management processes.
