Requirements:

• Typically requires 7+ years in a data analytics leadership role with a focus on strategy development, data governance, and reporting.
• 3 years of commercial and/or consumer lending experience.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience in developing and executing business intelligence strategies.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and OKRs for executive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights.
• Strong business acumen aligning data strategies with organizational goals.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes the CCL organization’s data and analytics strategy to drive insights and informed decision-making.
• Defines and documents standards for metrics and processes.
• Implements quality improvement efforts across CCL.
• Designs dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Partners with leadership to report KPIs and track performance.
• Leads formulation of data and analytics strategy balancing self-service and core reporting infrastructure.
• Assists in defining and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborates with teams for optimized data collection.
• Supports asset distribution and pricing strategies.
• Leads data pipeline and analytics tool optimization.
• Develops training programs to enhance data literacy.
• Creates predictive models for decision-making.
• Mentors a team of business analysts.
