Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Experience in leading an Agile development team.
• Proven experience with large-scale software development and data management projects.
• Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methods highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers.
• Build relationships to encourage collaboration and transparency.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project management for tech and software projects.
• Promote Agile quality practices and coordinate across organizations.
• Advise on process standardization improvements.
• Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics.
• Work with senior client leadership in delivery engagements.
• Take on additional tasks to support project success.
