Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience as a Product Trainer, Onboarding Specialist, Customer Education Specialist, or similar roles in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
  • Experience in building and delivering live training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Experience producing videos and writing clear documentation, as well as designing engaging self-paced content.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address and resolve customer issues.
