Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as a Product Trainer, Onboarding Specialist, Customer Education Specialist, Customer Enablement or Solutions Consultant in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
  • Experience in building and performing live training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Experience in producing videos, writing clear documentation, and designing engaging self-paced content.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to cutting-edge technology.
  • Excited to travel ~50% annually by plane.
  • Live near a major airport hub.
Responsibilities:
  • Work one-on-one with customers to onboard them to Pallet.
  • Lead remote and onsite group training sessions to help customers realize the full value of Pallet.
  • Design and produce engaging training materials, including videos and self-paced courses.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve and troubleshoot customer issues.
