Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree related to business or marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and enhance Lucid’s transactional emails to improve customer success.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of emails to facilitate customer work within Lucid's product suite.
  • Become an expert on customer motivations and needs related to transactional emails.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Product teams.
  • Run AB/multivariate tests to measure and optimize email effectiveness using data analysis.
  • Plan and prioritize work across projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
