Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in the environmental, agriculture, forestry, or carbon credit sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned country's market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in English & Swedish
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the climate or sustainability sector, previous experience working in a startup environment or high-growth company, multilingual abilities, and experience launching in a new market or with a new product.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Swedish market, aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Identify key market segments and target customers in the country, and develop tailored approaches to engage and acquire them.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to align efforts and drive business growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices in the country.
  • Represent Arbonics in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand the network of contacts.
