• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse teams.
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Workable and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Capcut) for sourcing talent.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified sales professionals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open sales positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales Team managers and candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences in sales roles.
• Stay up-to-date on sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.
