Requirements:
  • Previous experience in business development, consulting, sales or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech companies experiencing rapid growth.
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English with a minimum level of C1.
  • Understanding of the fleet management market and the landscape of potential software providers and distributors is a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Integrating new partners into existing operations by adapting systems and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Sustaining and growing partnerships through continuous management, addressing challenges, and fostering relationship growth.
  • Regularly evaluating partnership performance and ROI by establishing metrics and making necessary strategy adjustments.
