Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a knowledge management, content management, or documentation role, preferably in IT or Managed Services.
  • Strong proficiency in knowledge management tools like Confluence, ConnectWise, or other ITSM platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to working across teams and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Certifications in ITIL or related disciplines are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, curate, and maintain a centralized knowledge base.
  • Work with internal teams to document processes and standardize procedures.
  • Audit and update knowledge articles regularly.
  • Identify gaps and collaborate with SMEs to develop new content.
  • Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management tools.
  • Conduct workshops to promote knowledge sharing.
  • Liaise between teams for smooth information transfer.
