  • Deep understanding of legal documentation and transaction closing processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive all aspects of debt financing, from strategy development to transaction execution.
  • Lead engagements with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.

  • Execute and improve on current debt capital markets strategy.
  • Lead complex financing debt transactions and optimize financing structures.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline financing operations.

  • Oversee transaction structuring, term sheet negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Credit, Data, and Commercial teams.
