IT Automation Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practice in a cloud-first strategy.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations such as system provisioning and monitoring.
• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop, manage, and update documentation of all Employee Technology projects.
