Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology.
• Sales hunter mentality with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections.
• Expertise in developing value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification.
• Proficiency with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Self-starter capable of managing independently.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, adaptive to change.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Key contributor to sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Own account-based prospecting activities in assigned region.
• Generate prospecting campaigns to map target accounts and identify business stakeholders.
• Manage inbound leads qualification and channel engagement.
• Provide proactive sales development coverage via phone, email, and social selling.
• Be an active member of the sales, marketing, and channel ecosystem.
