Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of technical sales experience in a competitive marketplace.
  • Experience in industrial and environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and instrumentation.
  • Strong technical understanding of environmental and industrial monitoring systems.
  • Exceptional consultative sales skills and track record of success with large enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience in regulated markets like medical sterilization or petrochemical.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and mentor others.

Responsibilities:
  • Position Picarro’s unique value proposition to generate customer interest and drive business development in the Americas.
  • Collaborate with program and field technical teams to achieve revenue goals and ensure successful sales execution.
  • Lead prospecting efforts and engage directly with customers.
  • Prepare proposals and commercial offers aligned with customer needs.
  • Focus on high-value customer relationships in the EtO monitoring and industrial sectors.
  • Deliver detailed, accurate sales forecasts and monitor market trends.
  • Work closely with product leaders to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Manage key customer relationships and lead complex sales cycles.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in regular travel (50%+) for customer meetings and industry events.
