• Monitor, delete, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms.
• Maintain a positive brand presence and engage customers effectively.
• Ensure responses are clear, professional, caring, and prompt.
• Post stories and feed updates periodically using content created by the Ad Creative Editor.
