Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent experience as an Engineering Manager in high-growth environments, ideally within SaaS organizations.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering AI/ML-enhanced projects.
• Strong technical background in backend systems, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Experience with Large Language Models and collaboration with data scientists.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 5-7 software engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive the team’s technical roadmap and delivery, ensuring timely execution aligned with business goals.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish best software development practices for high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product Management for effective prioritization and roadmap shaping.
• Provide technical leadership in AI/ML development.
