Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent experience as an Engineering Manager in fast-paced environments, ideally within SaaS or startups.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering AI/ML projects to enhance product experiences.
• Strong technical background with exposure to backend systems, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and collaborating with data scientists for production-ready solutions.
• Strong leadership abilities to drive technical excellence and build scalable AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated success in balancing technical strategy, team mentorship, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 5-7 software engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive the team’s technical roadmap and delivery, aligning priorities to business goals and ensuring timely execution for impactful outcomes.
• Mentor and grow team members while building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and advocate for best software development practices for high-quality solutions.
• Partner closely with Product Management to prioritize effectively and support decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership in AI/ML development and ensure optimal integration of AI capabilities.
