Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in technology or finance.
• Excellent technical memo writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO/AI Officer leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the technology and AI organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for success measurement.
• Plan and execute major events like leadership offsites and trainings.
• Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
