  • Fluent in English: both written and spoken.
  • Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market teams.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategy and tools, including X-Ray search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from Manager to Executive level.
  • Proficient in data management for tracking progress and process improvements.
  • Experience leading problem-solving efforts in hiring processes.
  • Experience with pre-hire assessment tools is a plus.
  • Ready to work in a highly intense startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Open to constructive feedback and diverse opinions.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed goals of filling 10+ vacancies quarterly with roles from IC to Director.
  • Attract and hire top talent from respective fields.
  • Maintain and promote a positive employer brand through relationship building and communication.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience using industry tools and best practices, contributing to process improvements.
