Requirements:

• 1+ years of backend healthcare and/or operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing administrative and operational support.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with using multiple technology platforms.
• Excellent proficiency with technology, including GoogleSuite, Slack, and Looker.
• A results-driven attitude with a track record of exceeding performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Own key operations support initiatives.
• Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
• Schedule PCP and/or specialist appointments for patients.
• Coordinate with pharmacies regarding medication status.
• Verify patient PCP and insurance requirements.
• Assist with non-urgent patient follow-up and information collection.
