Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in customer analytics or similar fields.
  • Strong knowledge of customer metrics such as Customer lifetime value, churn, NPS.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for leading in multiple contexts with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools; experience in Amazon QuickSight is a plus.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in experimental design and measurement.
  • Excellent skills in summarizing insights for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of data architecture and experience building analytics products.
  • Proactive with strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and QA-ing customer datasets across business units.
  • Lead on customer level metrics definitions through data governance.
  • Operationalize customer measurement (scorecards, dashboards, driver trees, cohorts, etc.).
  • Build AI powered diagnostic tools for customer retention and churn metrics.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to forecast customer behavior and mitigate risks.
  • Provide thought leadership in enriching customer data.
  • Deliver customer insights to increase engagement and product usage.
  • Foster relationships with various teams for enhanced strategies.
  • Lead the development of standard processes for customer analytics.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of curiosity.
