Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in injection molding.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, materials, and technology.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including ISO and environmental guidelines.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills for manufacturing challenges.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Holds complete responsibility for the injection molding line of business.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze existing product strategies and enhance them for revenue growth.
• Support sales as a product line specialist and manage the injection molding business.
• Drive optimization initiatives for product offering and processes.
• Research customer needs to enhance competitiveness.
• Define and maintain a flexible product roadmap with key metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer functions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities.
• Manage margin performance through price analysis and quotation reviews.
• Effectively communicate progress and strategy to stakeholders.
