Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing, configuring, and supporting SolarWinds Orion (NPM, SAM, NCM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, performance metrics, and management best practices.
• Proficiency in creating custom dashboards, alerts, and reports in SolarWinds Orion.
• Familiarity with network performance monitoring, SNMP, and MIBs.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices for monitoring platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex network issues.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (SolarWinds Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with clear documentation skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain the SolarWinds Orion platform.
• Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure SolarWinds modules to meet client needs.
• Develop custom alerts and dashboards in SolarWinds Orion.
• Create detailed reports and build customized dashboards for insights.
• Integrate SolarWinds with other tools and automate management tasks.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of the platform.
• Collaborate with other technical teams for optimal setups.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide training and support for SolarWinds tools.
