Requirements:

• A proven track record of at least 7 years in product management.
• Domain knowledge preferably in fintech / payments / accounting & tax / financial services or a related field.
• Experience indirectly leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams to drive product launches and improvements.
• Strong organization skills and consistent quality execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in relation to decision-making and progress.
• Ability to identify opportunities and align teams to create actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

• Make high-quality decisions about product strategy & execution, translating strategy into impact-driven roadmaps.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to set priorities, create a roadmap, and deliver measurable impact.
• Organize work and ship products with high velocity that deliver value to our Members.
• Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value.
• Build alignment on priorities, plans, and progress in your team, across other product teams, with stakeholders and the Leadership team.
• Inspire and influence others and yourself to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities, and be passionate about the mission.
