• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent management strategies including pay band analysis.
• Manage recruitment process and headcount planning.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure integration of new hires.
• Manage payroll processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance management and employee development efforts.
• Address employee issues and mediate conflicts.
