Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Expertise in California employment laws required.
• Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.
• Proven HR consulting experience serving multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Develop tailored HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage employee relations issues like conflict resolution and grievances.
• Support recruitment processes and advise on talent retention strategies.
• Assist in performance management and enhance employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist in audits.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training programs.
• Administer employee benefit programs and ongoing leave requests.
• Assess HR technology needs and optimize HRIS solutions.
