Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, information systems, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting IT issues and mastering software platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of tools including MS 365, Google Workspace, Box, Slack, Monday.com, SharePoint, Mural, Bonusly, and Zoom.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to implement and monitor business processes for improvement.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and open-minded approach to work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage business travel by setting up employees in SAP Concur and coordinating budgets and travel reservations.
  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes, providing training on software platforms.
  • Maintain access control to corporate files and conduct regular audits.
  • Work with Managed Service Providers to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Establish and manage IT Service Support processes for continual improvement.
  • Prepare for new hires with necessary documents and equipment, and schedule orientation meetings.
  • Perform monthly Amex reconciliation with the finance department.
  • Ensure timely processing of travel and general expense reports.
  • Manage communication for special projects and maintain a process asset library.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on project progress and support company culture initiatives.
