Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience working with EDI.
  • Proficiency in any EDI middleware software, with a preference for transportation-related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997).
  • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar middleware software.
  • API experience, specifically using JavaScript preferred.
  • Extremely organized, able to track multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Experience building EDI documentation.
  • Customer service orientation to solve technical problems with external parties.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop EDI integrations by creating guides and mappings to internal APIs.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of EDI integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless processes.
  • Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.
  • Oversee program management activities for communication and issue resolution.
  • Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly.
  • Tackle problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
