Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
• CSP level certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect).
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and best practices.
• Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations.
• Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Help customers to create Success Plans and achieve their objectives.
• Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals.
